Q. What if I can't find the title?
A. As a licensed and bonded auto dealer, we handle all DMV paperwork and have proper forms to complete transfer without title, on a case by case basis.
Q. What if my registration is out of date or if I owe any fees?
A. We have a direct data-link to the DMV to determine if there are any fees due. We deduct it from the amount we pay you and then your liability is released.
Q. What do you need from me?
A.3 Items that make for easy, safe and fast transaction would be your driver's license or state issued picture ID of all people listed on title, clear title of vehicle and registration.
Q. What if I still owe money on my car?
A. We contact the lender and get a confirmed payoff. If the payoff is less than what we are paying you then we pay you the difference on the spot. If it is greater than you pay us the difference in the form of cash or cashiers check and we pay off the loan.
